4. Member Directory
The AMBC Member Directory lists organisations that are current members of AMBC. Listings are provided by member organisations and are included at AMBC's discretion. AMBC does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant any products, services, or claims made by listed members. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement by AMBC. Member organisations are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their own listing information. AMBC reserves the right to remove or modify any directory listing at any time, including upon the expiry or termination of membership.
5. Jobs Board
The AMBC Jobs Board provides a platform for AMBC member organisations to advertise employment opportunities within the advanced materials and battery sector. Job listings are the sole responsibility of the posting member organisation. AMBC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of any job listing, including compensation, role descriptions, or working conditions. Applicants engage directly with the posting organisation and do so at their own risk. AMBC is not a party to any employment relationship that may result from the Jobs Board.
6. Newsletter Subscriptions
By subscribing to the AMBC newsletter, you consent to receiving periodic emails containing industry news, policy updates, event information, and other communications from AMBC. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. Our newsletter is managed through MailerLite, and your subscription is subject to MailerLite's terms of service and privacy policy. AMBC does not sell, rent, or share subscriber email addresses with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services that are not owned or controlled by AMBC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by AMBC. You acknowledge and agree that AMBC is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by your use of or reliance on any third-party content, goods, or services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMBC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website or any content, services, or materials made available through the Website. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if AMBC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AMBC and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another party.
